HyVee Triathlon.. June 28th Des Moines, IA

I recently committed to training for and completing the Hyvee triathlon. I bought a bike last week. By the way a entry level road bike is extremely expensive!!! The plan is now to transform the push up blog to the triathlon blog. We have a group of about 6 people that have committed to training together. We hope more can join. Hopefully we can use the painlyrics blog to post the training calender, talk smack, and places to buy good cheap equipment. I wish everyone luck and I hope everyone uses the blog for the training.
